How can I activate the FULL version?

Just create your personal account (it doesn't take longer than 20 seconds) and when you are logged-in the FULL version is automatically activated until 31.12. 2010 which is the end of the beta period.

Can I export my keyword lists after the beta is over?

Yes, you will be always able to export all of your saved keyword lists even after the beta is over.
